Level 1 Group Class

This class focuses on mindful movement, proper alignment, and building strength from the ground up. It’s ideal for those returning to exercise, working through past injuries, or looking to deepen their foundational Pilates skills. Gentle yet effective, this class helps you reconnect with your body in a supportive group setting. Pilates 101 or a private/duo session is required before attending.
