Pilates 101

This introductory class is designed for all levels and is required before joining our regular group classes (unless you've taken a private or duo session). You'll learn the fundamentals of Pilates and get properly introduced to the equipment to ensure your safety and confidence in a larger class setting.

Private Pilates Session

These one-on-one sessions are perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking for more personalized support. You'll receive tailored instruction and focused attention to help you build confidence, address individual needs, and work toward your personal fitness goals at your own pace.

Duo Reformer Pilates Session

This semi-private session is great for individuals who are comfortable with the reformer and have minimal risk of injury. You'll enjoy focused instruction in a shared setting that supports core strength, flexibility, and balance. Please note: if a second person does not register, the session will be billed as a Private.

Level 1 Group Class

This class focuses on mindful movement, proper alignment, and building strength from the ground up. It’s ideal for those returning to exercise, working through past injuries, or looking to deepen their foundational Pilates skills. Gentle yet effective, this class helps you reconnect with your body in a supportive group setting. Pilates 101 or a private/duo session is required before attending.

Level 2 Group Class

This class builds on the fundamentals with more dynamic movement, increased flow, and greater strength challenges. Ideal for those who are confident with the equipment and looking to progress their Pilates practice, it emphasizes control, coordination, and stamina. Completion of a Level 1 class or instructor approval is recommended.

Golden Pilates

Although all ages are welcome in our regular group classes, this session is thoughtfully designed for adults 60 and over, with a focus on core strength, balance, flexibility, and joint support in a welcoming, small-group setting. It’s perfect for anyone looking to move with confidence and feel great in their body—at any age.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, we offer thoughtful modifications and expert guidance to meet you where you are. Our focus is on helping you move well in everyday life—whether that means traveling with ease, enjoying your hobbies, or keeping up with energetic grandkids.
